We collect only what is needed to deliver educational tools, restore your dashboard, and improve the platform.
Encryption
Account data is transmitted over TLS and stored with encryption at rest by our cloud database provider.
Access controls
Application access uses row-level security and least-privilege service credentials. Administrative access to production data is limited.
Authentication
Authentication is handled by our managed identity provider. We never store plaintext passwords.
Payments
Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full payment card numbers.
Children's information
LearningToolsHub accounts are for adults — parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. See our Privacy Policy.
Incident response
If a security incident materially affects user data, we will notify affected users and applicable authorities consistent with law.
