Informal resolution first
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us through our Contact page and work in good faith for at least sixty (60) days to resolve the dispute informally.
Governing law
These policies and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, except where superseded by applicable consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
Venue
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding shall be the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Class action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Relationale LLC each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action against the other.
Time limit
Any claim arising out of or relating to the platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arises, except where a longer period is required by applicable law.
Severability
If any portion of this Dispute Resolution policy is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
