Our commitment
LearningToolsHub is built privacy-first for families, teachers, homeschoolers, and students. We collect the minimum information required to deliver learning tools, save your progress, and improve our educational resources.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address and (optionally) display name when you create an account.
- Learning activity: resources you save, favorites, generated worksheets, and progress so we can restore your dashboard and family reports.
- Device and usage signals: aggregated analytics events (e.g., page views, tool usage) to improve performance and educational quality. We do not run third-party tracking pixels.
- Payments: if you subscribe, billing details are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers.
How we use information
- Deliver and personalize educational tools, worksheets, and lesson plans.
- Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
- Send transactional emails (account, billing, weekly family reports if opted in).
- Improve content quality, accessibility, and instructional design.
Children's privacy
LearningToolsHub is intended for parents, teachers, and homeschoolers acting on behalf of children. Accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies and lightweight analytics to remember your session and measure aggregate usage. We do not sell personal information and we do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
Advertising
If we display advertisements in the future (for example, via Google AdSense), those providers may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can review and control Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Data sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service (hosting, database, payments, email delivery). We do not sell or rent personal information.
Your rights
You may access, export, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us at the address on our Contact page. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA, which we honor.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authenticated requests and least-privilege service roles.
Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
