Corrections Policy

Accuracy matters in education. We welcome reports and act on them quickly.

What to report

  • Factual or instructional inaccuracies in worksheets, lesson plans, or guides.
  • Answer-key errors or mislabeled difficulty levels.
  • Outdated terminology, broken downloads, or rendering issues in PDFs.
  • Accessibility barriers or inclusive-language concerns.
  • Suggested improvements based on classroom experience.

How to report

Email us through the Contact page with the resource title, URL or file name, and a short description of the issue.

Our response

  • We acknowledge corrections requests promptly.
  • Verified errors are corrected as quickly as production review allows.
  • Significant changes to instructional content are noted with an updated revision date.

Transparency

Material corrections to widely used resources are surfaced in release notes on the Platform Roadmap page.
