- Your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
- Content you submit, upload, or share through the platform.
Control of defense
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim.
