Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, LearningToolsHub.com, or our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or educational outcomes, arising out of or relating to:
- Use of, or inability to use, the platform or any educational materials.
- Worksheets, lesson plans, printable resources, or AI-generated educational content.
- Instructional, curricular, planning, or educational decisions made in reliance on platform content.
- Any third-party content, advertising, or linked resources.
Aggregate cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the parties listed above arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to LearningToolsHub in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
Jurisdictional limits
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
